Hyflex and/or hybrid or blended course syllabus

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had a sample Hyflex and/or hybrid/blended course outline that they could share with me. We are in the process of developing our own resource at the Taylor Institute of Teaching and Learning at the University of Calgary to share with our campus community, but I would appreciate if anyone has anything they can share with me. Thanks, Brian, this is great. If you wouldn’t mind sharing the course syllabus, that would be very helpful as well.

On a side note, I didn’t get a chance to thank you for an incredible Hyflex Course Design workshop in June. It was extremely informative and very well laid out. I learned a lot and will be incorporating the learning into a workshop for our teaching and learning center.
